This is not just another group full of tips and talk. *Scale with Excellence* is a results-driven space for entrepreneurs ready to step into their CEO role and build a business that is both profitable and sustainable. Inspired by the formula in the book *BIG WINS!* — Productivity plus Profitability equals Sustainability — the community is designed for transformation. Within just 24 hours of launch, the book was called a “must-have success manual” and praised for helping readers pinpoint and plug time and money leaks. *![wendyybailey-fractional-coo-operational-excellence2](https://www.maximumops.com/hs-fs/hubfs/wendyybailey-fractional-coo-operational-excellence2.jpg?width=5&height=6&name=wendyybailey-fractional-coo-operational-excellence2.jpg)![wendyybailey-fractional-coo-operational-excellence2](https://www.maximumops.com/hs-fs/hubfs/wendyybailey-fractional-coo-operational-excellence2.jpg?width=282&height=321&name=wendyybailey-fractional-coo-operational-excellence2.jpg)“I’m so excited for what this space is going to unlock,”* said WendyY Bailey, author of *BIG WINS!* and founder of *Scale with Excellence*. *“When entrepreneurs shift from hustle mode to a true scaling mindset, that is when everything changes. It is the best foundation for exponential growth, and that is exactly what we are building here.”* Already, more than 30 entrepreneurs have joined as founding members, gaining access to real world tools to reclaim their time and focus on Income Producing Activities. They are discovering how to package and price offers for sustainable profit, market with clarity to attract aligned clients, and create consistent momentum without burnout. Most importantly, they are adopting the mindset and strategy of a CEO who is ready to lead and grow with purpose. The experience includes live events, immersive content, and strategy packed conversations designed to deliver clarity, spark action, and produce measurable results. Every component is crafted to show entrepreneurs how to scale confidently while staying aligned with their vision. *Scale with Excellence* is now welcoming more entrepreneurs who are ready to grow intentionally, lead powerfully, and scale with confidence.
